Job Description
This full-time position requires a trustworthy individual who is very much a hands-on person. One who can respond to a range of routine and emergency maintenance needs along with other more technical issues—sometimes afterhours. The right candidate will be someone who can communicate well, is honest, self-directed, organized, a multi-tasker and one who works well with people.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Grounds Maintenance
Maintain common areas and ensure clean safe condition
Train Staff
Turn Vacant Units
Communicate effectively and courteously in person, by text, email and phone.
Preventative Maintenance including gutter cleaning
Electrical / Plumbing Skills
HVAC-EPA Certified
Valid Drivers License
Order and maintain supplies and materials
Coordinate between management and contractors
Snow Removal
Qualifications:
Ideal candidate will have at least 2 – 3 years as a maintenance supervisor
Handle and lift up to 50 lbs. without assistance
Strong inter-personal skills with residents, clients, vendors and contractors and staff
Good verbal and writing skills
Basic computer skills
Working Tools
Must have valid drivers license
