Job Duties/Responsibilities/Functions (including but not limited to)

• Administer prescribed medications and ordered treatment plans or immunizations,

• Organize and oversee 'code blue' team.

• Direct health care staff assigned to area.

• Perform clerical tasks (e.g., charts & records all medications, treatments & pertinent medical information).

• Perform other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications

• Must be licensed in the State of Ohio.

• Must provide a current BLS/CPR card.

• Must provide/obtain a current TB.

• MUST submit to a State of Ohio background check.
