The Internal SAP Trainer is responsible for executing the training plan by delivering face to face and virtual training to support the implementation of SAP. The areas of training that this role could cover are: Finance, Demand to Supply, Logistics, Maintenance, Procurement, and Quality. Future potential areas of coverage may also be in HR Systems, and RDQ&E. This position will be responsible for leading instructor led and virtual training. This position may be required to make changes and updates to course materials based on lessons learned and feedback received from the end users. The fundamental responsibility of this position is to train all SAP end users according to their functional work area. The role will be responsible for the execution of all training activities prescribed for employees identified as Super Users in their facilities. Travel to various sites across the organization during the SAP deployment will be required. The trainer will work with all areas and levels of the organization.
Responsibilities
Delivers training to various audiences ( Super Users, new hires, refresher training, basic computer skills, skill enhancement and system update training).
Executes the training plan according to the OCM strategy.
Keeps Super Users up to date on system changes or updates throughout a project or upgrade.
Assists in Hyper Care support during any SAP deployment.
Assists in the execution of change management strategies and training needs.
Execute the Training Plan per the End User Training Strategy; Delivers End User Training
Supports super user/trainer preparation and execution activities.
Effectively communicate issues, decisions reached, and/or the status of the project with various counterparts on the project team and within the business.
Define and document training gaps and perform continuous improvement activities.
Attend and participate in all staff meetings.
Measure progress versus plan
Qualifications
Highly beneficial (not required) to be dual or multi lingual.
Ideally in any of the following languages: Spanish, French, Laotian, Punjabi or Portuguese
Minimum 6 months T. Marzetti operational experience
Strong communication skills
Presentation Skills: Comfortable in front of a group
Possess problem solving skills.
Ability to keep calm in stressful situations.
High energy and positive attitude
Ability to motivate and influence.
Flexibility to adjust to multiple demands, shifting priorities, ambiguity, and rapid change.
SAP experience a plus, not required.
