Director Of Operations for 3 practice dental group - $110k to $140k/year + Benefits

Our private practice is growing and we are looking for a Director of Operations with strong HR skills to lead our teams.

With one office located in Virginia and two in Washington D.C., we have garnered a reputation for excellence within our community and beyond. Requirements for this position are:

A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or related field.

Proven experience in operations management, preferably in a healthcare or dental setting.

Strong HR skills with a demonstrated understanding of employment laws and regulations.

Dental experience is helpful but not mandatory; willingness to learn and adapt to the dental industry is essential.

Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.

Proficiency in financial management, budgeting, and reporting.

Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and problem- solving abilities.

Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast- paced environment.

Strong business acumen with a focus on driving growth and efficiency.

Legal understanding related to healthcare practices and compliance.

This position requires you to be able to commute and visit all 3 of our practices. You must reside in the Virginia/Washington D.C. Metropolitan Area to be considered for this role.

Duties include but not limited to:

Oversee all operational aspects of our dental practice, including but not limited to HR functions, financial management, marketing strategies, and legal compliance.

Collaborate closely with local office managers to ensure smooth day-to-day operations and consistent delivery of high-quality patient care.

Manage doctor's payroll, contracts, and other financial obligations, ensuring accuracy and compliance.

Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to drive patient growth and practice visibility.

Provide leadership and support in the recruitment, training, and development of staff members.

Oversee the maintenance of licenses and regulatory compliance for all offices.

Manage budgets, financial plans, and reporting to support the overall growth and profitability of the practice.

Direct and coordinate activities of the dental lab and staff to meet patient needs and practice standards.
