Salesforce BA/QA

I have an upcoming role for a mid-level role for a Salesforce BA/QA (needs to be able to do both) that is hybrid to Boston, MA.

TOP SKILLS:

5+ years in BA/QA roles

Salesforce experience

Proficiency in Jira, Confluence, GitHub, and M365 productivity software.

NICE TO HAVE SKILLS:

Proficiency in wireframing tools such as Figma or similar software.

Proficiency in Tableau and PowerBI.

Certification in Business Analysis (e.g., CBAP) or Quality Assurance (e.g., ISTQB).

Knowledge of SQL or other database querying languages.
