Electronic Imaging Associate, Cash Posting, Days

Responsibilities:

The Electronic Imaging Associate receives electronic image files and makes decisions on distributing images to the correct department or identified work queues in Hyland Onbase and/or EPIC in a timely manner and while meeting the productivity standards of the department. This role will process any paper mail for both incoming and outgoing mail, prepare and scan checks, EOB’s, correspondence and any other information as needed into Hyland Onbase and be responsible for all files for onsite maintenance and preparation for office storage. This role requires strong analytical, communication and problem solving skills with previous experience in EPIC Medical Records Systems, Microsoft Office and Hyland Onbase. This role will need to have the ability to prioritize tasks along with effective verbal and written communication skills. Proficient in the use of office equipment; e.g. telephone system, computer, fax machine, copier and printer.

Three years in an office environment

Five years in a healthcare facility or medical office
