As a Welding Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating welding operations to ensure efficient production and high-quality output. Supervise and coordinate welding activities to meet production goals and quality standards

Perform TIG, Stick, and Flux-Cored Arc welding as required

Ensure compliance with ISO 9001 and ITAR regulations

Operate forklift to move materials and equipment as necessary

Apply lean manufacturing principles to optimize welding processes

Read and interpret blueprints to determine welding setups for production

Perform shop math calculations to ensure accurate measurements and dimensionsQualifications

Proven experience as a TIG Welder, Stick Welder, and Flux-Cored Arc Welder

Prior experience with ISO 9001 certification and ITAR registration

Valid forklift license

Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing principles

Excellent shop math skills

Ability to read and interpret blueprints

Experience in welding setups for production

You should be proficient in:

AS9100 Experience

Forklift Licensed

ISO 9001 Certification Experience

ITAR Registration Experience

Lean Manufacturing Principles

Shop Math Skills

Blueprint Reading

Welding Setups for Production

Machines & technologies you'll use:

TIG Welder

Stick Welder

Flux-Cored Arc Welder

Salary info:

$33 - $39 / hr
