Number of Vacancies: 3 (One for each vertical - Life Insurance, Banking, English Communication)

Job Description:

We are seeking dynamic and experienced Freelance Trainers to join our team in Salem. As a Freelance Trainer, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality training sessions in your respective vertical to empower individuals with the necessary skills and knowledge.

Responsibilities:

- Design and deliver comprehensive training modules tailored to the specific needs of participants in Life Insurance, Banking, or English Communication.

- Conduct engaging and interactive training sessions that facilitate effective learning and skill development.

- Provide constructive feedback and support to participants to enhance their performance and understanding.

- Develop training materials, including presentations, handouts, and assessments, to ensure the effectiveness of the training program.

- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve training content and delivery.

Requirements:

- Proven experience as a trainer or educator in the respective vertical (Life Insurance, Banking, or English Communication).

- Excellent communication and presentation skills.

- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to connect with diverse audiences.

- Ability to adapt training methods and materials to meet the needs of participants.

- Proficiency in using relevant tools and technology for training delivery.

- Flexibility to work part-time or freelance shifts based on the requirements of the training schedule.

Shift:

- Part-time or Freelancer

Timings:

- Life Insurance and Banking: 24 hours per batch

- English Communication: 36 hours per batch

Payment Terms:

- Payment will be processed within a maximum of 20 days post-batch completion.
