Vice President Drilling

Job Description:

We are seeking a Vice President of Operations who has in-depth knowledge of Drilling products. The Drilling Vice President of Operations will consult with senior leadership to determine business goals and initiatives, while also partnering with key stakeholders to relay information about business needs and reviewing relevant data to make decisions that drive the product lines success. An ideal candidate demonstrates business acumen, the ability to drive product delivery through extensive knowledge of the industry, finances, and employee output, while understanding and striving to meet FET’s strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

Manages the company operations of Drilling product/service systems.

Acts as the primary resource on all issues related to execution of services, including cost/budget compliance, execution, and resource allocation.

Drives efficiencies and creates operational service synergies across product line.

Responsible for customer satisfaction within Drilling.

Partners with Human Resources to implement and refine policies and procedures, review employee performance, development, and technical training.

Recommends targets for quality and reliability, utilization, spend on tools, and provides overall vision for operations in the appointed scope.

Handle special projects and assigned responsibilities, contributing to the overall effectiveness of the Drilling Product Line.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent.

12+ years’ experience in field and operations.

Proven strategic planning and budgeting experience.

Demonstrated experience setting, monitoring and meeting quarterly and annual goals.

Previous experience in a supervisory and leadership role.

Experience across multiple Drilling products and geographies preferred.
