Responsibilities

Provide every client the best client service in the industry

Ensure accurate and timely packaging of all loans originated by the loan officer

Organize, compile, and verify loan application information

Submit mortgage loan application files for underwriting approval

Meet critical deadlines Qualifications Requirements

2- 4-year college curriculum preferred, or equivalent industry experience

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment that will challenge you

Experience working in the mortgage banking industry, familiarity with Conventional, FHA, and VA mortgage Products

Knowledge of Encompass or equivalent to include basic computer skills

Ability to solve practical problems and navigate through a variety of variables in situations where only limited standardization exists

Positive attitude, excellent attention to detail, and a strong work ethic
