The Knowledge Manager will be responsible for improving company performance through capturing, developing, and sharing knowledge across the organization. This person will leverage knowledge management strategies to uncover organizational knowledge gaps and build strategies for continuous engagement in knowledge assets. Key responsibilities will include managing our internal knowledge base, curating learning resources, and monitoring information channels for knowledge gaps. The ideal candidate will have experience in knowledge management, strong organizational skills, and a passion for promoting a culture of continuous learning. This is fully remote, mid-level position.

Essential Functions:

Maintain a bird’s eye view of all content in the knowledgebase, ensuring consistency in structure and tone, and accuracy of content.

Own the knowledge management process including knowledge capture, documentation, organization, maintenance and retrieval.

Develop knowledge articles, FAQs, how-to-articles and newsletters.

Monitor organizational resources including lobbies, product releases, training materials, and corporate website to unearth relevant content and identify commonly asked questions.

Partner with teams across the organization to identify gaps in knowledge.

Act as a key point of contact for knowledge-related queries and provide timely and accurate responses to internal stakeholders.

Continuously evaluate our knowledge strategy to ensure adoption and effectiveness of knowledge offerings.

Recommend new ways to present information and track value.

Establish metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness and impact of knowledge management initiatives.

Work closely with IT teams to enhance knowledge management systems and tools.

Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in knowledge management, leveraging this knowledge to enhance the organization's KM practices.Required Skills/Experience:

Bachelor’s degree.

5+ years of experience working with knowledge management systems/tools and managing online data/content.

Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook

Strong writing and editing skills.

Ability to build strong relationships across a diverse group.

Proven track record of managing and delivering simultaneous projects

SharePoint knowledge and experience.Preferred Skills/Experience:

Master’s degree

Experience with Salesforce Knowledge Base

The salary range for this position is $56,500 - $106,800.
