The Legal Receptionist is a critical member of our Client Care Coordination Team--the Receptionist works closely with the Intake Specialists and Client Relationship Manager to deliver an incredible experience to both clients and potential new clients. The Receptionist is our director of first impressions and assists clients, potential clients, opposing counsel, vendors, and courthouse personnel.
Compensation is based on your expertise and proficiency level. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance contributions, employer-matched 401(k), employer-sponsored life insurance, short-term disability coverage, complimentary parking, and paid time off.
Compensation:
$20 - $22 hourlyResponsibilities:
Catalog and organize information for data entry including maintaining mailing lists of clients and referral sources, organizing marketing outreach projects, and managing the firm’s databases--Previous experience with Asana is a huge bonus.
Receive phone calls and visitors to the office and facilitate phone appointments and in-office appointments
Keep track of firm conference rooms and events
Keep the firm’s plants alive
Sort all incoming mail and packages delivered to the law firm and process mail according to firm policies
General office tasks including copying, faxing, or e-mailing various documents at the request of the legal production team
Complete errands within walking distance of our office building
Work on cases within a team environment where collaborating with colleagues is the expectation, not the exception
Qualifications:
The most important qualifications are that you: (1) understand the importance of delivering an incredible client experience, (2) have an excellent skill set for compiling and organizing information, (3) have a true passion for helping others through a difficult time in their lives; (4) possess a proficiency for problem-solving, (5) are comfortable in the role of “Director of First Impressions” to everyone we meet
