Lindholm & Associates has an immediate need for experienced, Federal HR Specialists, to join its team. Specifically looking for candidates with active clearances, and federal staffing, recruiting and hiring experience; work may be performed on- and off-site. DE Certification is highly desired.

Lindholm is a woman-owned, small business specializing in Federal Human Resources (HR) and Human Capital Management (HCM), and has successfully supported more than 55 federal agencies.

Incumbents will apply the full range of Federal HR Staffing skills, supporting the determination of qualified and eligible applicants for agency positions based on a variety of tools and the evaluation criteria of the position to be filled. This may include staffing needs analysis, adjudicate qualifications and veteran’s preference, maintain applicant registers, and maintain automated systems in support of staffing, records management, personnel management, and database accountability. Incumbents should be proficient in the use of either USA Staffing or Monster Government Solutions’ Hiring Management system for delegated examining under category rating and merit promotion.

Required Experience and Responsibilities:

Minimum three years’ full-time experience as a Federal HR Specialist.

Delegated Examining (DEU) certification or prior certification.

Security Clearance: active MRPT or Secret Clearance preferred. Incumbents will be required to undergo a full security background and screening process. *** Please indicate on your resume your current level of security clearance.

Experience with USA Staffing and/or Monster Government Solutions’ Hiring Management system

Must be proficient in federal hiring practices, preparation of certificate of eligibles; able to utilize automated systems, create vacancy announcements, and conduct qualifications review.

Must possess excellent communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills.
