Job Location: Canada Salary: $20.00 -$25.00 hr Job Position: Lmia Construction painter Job Type: Full Time, Permanent, Part-Time, 40-60 hours per week Education: High School or Diploma Degree Experience: 1-2 Basic Requirements Key Responsibilities: Surface Preparation: Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and patching holes and cracks as needed.

Apply primers and sealers to ensure proper adhesion and smooth, even coverage of paint.

Paint Application: Apply paint, varnish, and other finishes to interior and exterior surfaces using brushes, rollers, or sprayers.

Follow project specifications and color schemes to achieve the desired look and finish.

Finishing Touches: Perform detailed finishing work, such as trim painting, staining, and decorative techniques, to enhance the appearance of surfaces and architectural features.

Ensure clean lines and precise application of paint for professional results.

Safety and Compliance: Adhere to all safety regulations and procedures to prevent accidents and injuries on the job site.

Use personal protective equipment (PPE) as required and maintain a safe working environment for yourself and your colleagues.
