Main purpose of position
Currently we are looking for a Site Quality Manager in Sidi Bouzid, Tunisia to be part of our global team working together towards our vision – Improving our future. As our Site Quality Manager you will provide core quality management services that will be used to support the development and project work streams in all their relevant activities.
Main responsibilities
Manage the site quality team, support the corporate quality managers and ensure that quality goals are achieved
Ensure that all contractual, company and local authority requirements are complied with
Implement and monitor site quality management system
Audits on contractors during construction
Ensure quality data book are all compliant and available
Monthly and biweekly report writing
Review and follow-up Supplier/Subcontractor non-conformance reports and lead in developing corrective action plans
Facilitating procured equipment inspections
Facilitating expedites
FAT and inspection report review (applicable to FIM, HV yard and BOP)
Qualifications and competencies
University degree in civil, electrical, mechanical or technical engineering
At least 3 years’ experience in Quality management with in construction projects
Quality management professional with wide experience in process management, inspection, site construction and installation
Verifiable record in quality management on several complex projects in ‘medium’ to ‘high focus’ environments
Experience in the development and implementation of project QA/QC plans
Competent to lead specialist peer-assist and review teams
Good knowledge in ISO 9001:2008
Fully computer literate and an excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office packages
Fluent both written and spoken in English, French
Driver license
