Job Purpose

In this role, you will play a vital part in handling and prioritizing all client-related security requests, ensuring our clients have peace of mind when it comes to their data and operations.

Key Responsibilities

Primary Responsibilities

Your role will encompass leading the security sales support team and you’ll be responsible for managing three critical types of client security requests.

RFP / RFI responses and pre-sales security questions

Contractual review and co-ordination of security terms

Post-sale security assessments and audit questionnaires

You will work collaboratively with our security, legal, and sales teams, making this an ideal opportunity for individuals experienced in client/supplier contracting or those seeking to broaden their horizons into the realm of cyber security.

Key Responsibilities

Leading and mentoring a small team of security specialists to ensure efficient and effective client service.

Serving as the central point of contact for all client-related security requests.

Logging requests and collaborating with requestors to gather necessary contextual information.

Establishing relationships with various teams to build a central repository of security-related information and presenting it in a client-friendly format.

Conducting initial analysis of requests to determine response priority and complexity.

Utilizing our knowledge database to complete as much of the request as possible before coordinating.

Identifying the need for specialist input, coordinating handoffs, and ensuring timely delivery of responses.

Engaging with specific security questions and reviewing detailed security terms in contracts.

Managing escalations outside defined parameters.

Leading the weekly client engagement meeting.

Providing regular reports on sales engagement activities.

Reporting to the Security Governance, Risk, and Compliance Manager.

Skills & Experience

A minimum of 5 years of prior experience in a security-focused client relationship management role.

A university degree, preferably in a commercial or legal field.

A strong interest in IT and Cyber Security.

Exceptional organizational and methodical skills.

The ability to establish relationships easily while being assertive when required.

Proficiency in English language.

Knowledge of security frameworks such as ISO 27001, NIST, and HITRUST (desirable but not essential).
