GEE Group has joined a global leader in advanced electrical solutions serving domestic and international markets in its search for an Electrical Tech Support Enginee. This company is committed to innovation, safety, and delivering exceptional technical support to our valued customers.

Key Responsibilities:

· Provide comprehensive domestic and international technical assistance for our electrical products and systems.

· Deliver on-site technical support as needed, always ensuring adherence to safety guidelines.

· Actively participate in customer meetings and teleconferences, contributing technical expertise.

· Investigate root causes of critical site issues and support resolution efforts.

· Assist in the development of service documentation and contribute to warranty validation programs.

· Offer technical guidance to Marketing for Scope of Work documents and new service development.

· Collaborate with Logistics on parts research, sourcing, and inventory management.

· Review Engineering Change Notices (ECN) and develop related service communications.

· Contribute to uptime meetings and maintain database records.

Projects Involvement:

· Engage in new product design reviews and ensure serviceability requirements are met.

· Participate in Serviceability Verification Testing for new product launches.

· Contribute to Six Sigma/lean projects for continuous improvement.

· Evaluate tools and test equipment, and assist in the development of electronic forms and webinars.

Administrative Tasks:

· Document customer interactions accurately for tracking and reporting purposes.

· Submit timely and accurate expense reports, site visit reports, and timecards.

Continuous Improvement:

· Attend training classes on new products and personal development.

· Stay updated on product enhancements and industry trends.

Qualifications:

· 3-5 years of relevant experience in electrical technical support.

· Minimum of three years in a Tech Support role, with customer-facing experience.

· Knowledge and experience in Power and/or UPS industry preferred.

· Proficiency in MS Office and excellent communication skills (written and verbal).

· Strong organizational, analytical, and interpersonal skills.

· Detail-oriented and capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment.

· Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
