Job Description
$125,000 at planResponsibilities:
Evaluate new customers’ insurance needs, insurance risk, existing coverage, and long-term goals
Expand prospective customer base and market our insurance products via, warm leads, networking, referrals, and various marketing strategies to bring in new business
Contact prospects requesting information (leads)
Attend weekly training calls/strategy calls to improve & grow your skills and business
Help others do the same by sharing experiences
No cold calling
Manage time & cultivate clients
Expand income potential with annual reviews
Ensure all contracting is up to date while maintaining databases, records, and bookkeeping
Qualifications:
Proficiency with Microsoft Office & Technology
High school graduate or received GED, Associate or Bachelor's degree is a plus
Candidates with an active Life Insurance license or willingness to obtain -(we will help you)
Genuine desire to assist clients & navigate their options
Personal grit that drives learning & growth
Participation in training calls to improve & grow your talent & skill
