Summary of Position:
Renovation Leads’ will provide estimates, sell projects, and act s project manager through to completion. Scheduling, budget, material allocation, and invoicing are key roles of this position.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Renovation Leads' first role is as an estimator. They will be assessing the scope of work and materials required for a job to provide clients with a proposal/initial estimate.
The core responsibilities of the position upon selling a job will be:
Creating comprehensive long- and short-term plans, including setting targets for milestones and adhering to deadlines
Ensure resource availability and allocation
Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors
Delegating tasks on the project to employees and approved contractors best positioned to complete them
Making effective decisions when presented with multiple options for how to progress with the project
Serving as a point of contact for teams and clients for assigned projects
Communicating with management to keep the project aligned with goals
Performing quality control on the project throughout development to maintain the standards expected.
Adjusting the schedules and targets on the project as needed to account for any change orders to the scope of work.
Arrange payment schedules and invoice clients
Requirements:
High School Diploma
Experience in project management
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills
Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office
Valid Virginia Driver's License
