Key Responsibilities:

As an IT Project Manager with a Secret Clearance, you will be responsible for:

Leading and managing the planning, execution, monitoring, and closing of IT projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.

Collaborating with cross-functional teams to define project objectives, scope, goals, and deliverables, and ensuring alignment with company and client requirements.

Developing and maintaining comprehensive project plans, including task assignments, schedules, and resource allocations.

Identifying potential risks and issues and proactively implementing mitigation strategies.

Monitoring project progress and performance, tracking key performance indicators (KPIs), and producing regular status reports for stakeholders.

Leading project meetings, fostering effective communication, and ensuring all team members are informed and engaged.

Ensuring compliance with project management best practices and methodologies.

Mentoring and guiding team members, providing support and addressing any concerns to ensure a productive and collaborative work environment.
