As an AVP, you will be the key client contact throughout the onboarding process to ensure a seamless transition from sales to BAU. You will also act as a first point of contact for client issues relating to onboarding matters, coordinating client adoption account openings, reviewing fund offering documentation and legal agreements, internal system setups, and project planning.

In your first few weeks in this Client Onboarding Manager role, you can expect to:

Coordinate client adoptions, account openings, review of fund offering documentation and legal agreements, internal system setups, and project planning

Project manage and coordinate internal functions to onboard new clients

Provide regular status updates to new clients and internal parties.
