. Will own the revenue targets for the product line for the west India region.
. Build strong pipeline (3X of sales target) of all PSS products.
. Demo to enterprise customers and rate contract to assure regular business.
. Build strong channel network across western region and generate run-rate business.
. SI engagement to promote our products with SMEs
. Conduct market assessment, segmentation, and identify target segments/verticals.
. Track market and competitors to pro-actively refine sales strategies and work with product team
to prepare growth plan.
. Train and guide front-line sales executives on product pitch, channel partner engagement and get
update on secondary sales.
. Sales forecast N+2 for material planning and planning current month primary sales in advance.
. Planning channel partner schemes and promotional programs with marketing team.
. Participation in exhibition and seminars as Impact representative.Qualifications:
. Graduation preferably with MBA in Marketing
. Minimum 4 - 6 years of sales experience in IT products.
. Candidate with prior experience in AIDC or retail solutions is preferred.
. Demonstrated success in enterprise and channel sales.
. Strong analytical skills - able to connect the overall direction to details and vice-versa using data
and qualitative information
. Excellent written, oral, and technical communication skills, including presentation experience to
large and diverse audiences
. Self-starter, structured thinker, ability to work collaboratively across functions/regions, influence
others, multi-task, and work with stretch goals and deadlines.
