Graphic Designer

Summary/Objective:

Stinger is currently seeking an experienced Graphic Designer to join its dynamic marketing team! The Graphic Designer should be highly organized, deadline driven and able to manage multiple projects. This role plays a key part in shaping Stinger’s visual identity. The ideal candidate will bridge digital and print realms, crafting marketing materials that resonate with Stinger’s valued consumers.

Key Responsibilities:

Craft and implement compelling visual assets for comprehensive 360 marketing campaigns.

The ability to span digital advertising, social media, email campaigns to traditional print collateral.

Experience with Power Point presentation design, sales and marketing print collateral, catalogs, brochures, product and lifestyle photography and photo editing, in-store display design, packaging, website (landing page, banners and other graphical elements) front end design, social media content design and tradeshow design

Apply UI/UX design to enhance Stinger’s e-commerce presence, optimizing user experience and customer engagement.

Manage multiple design projects from ideation to execution, adhering to strict deadlines without compromising on creativity or quality.

Extremely creative, with an eye for beautiful design, composition, white space, typography, and color theory

Experience planning and designing event and trade show spaces.

Requirements:

Strong interpersonal skills

Ability to work collaboratively with peers in cross functional areas

Ability to communicate effectively, verbal and written

Available to work extended hours; may include travel to industry events and trade shows

Familiarity with eCommerce platforms and Suite Commerce is a plus

Required Education and Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in Art, Graphic Design or similar experience

5+ years of progressive relevant graphic design experience

Strong portfolio of work samples

Experience with 3Ds Max, Blender or other 3D modeling software a plus

Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign

Experience with WordPress, Shopify, or backend UX design is a plus

Supervisory Responsibility:

· Indirect reports via project execution

Environmental/Physical Requirements:

May sit or stand for long periods of time

Crouching, kneeling, standing, walking, pushing, and lifting on a daily basis

Operating computer, telephone, voicemail and other office equipment regularly

Must be able to lift up to 25lbs on a regular basis

FLSA Status: Exempt

Hours – Full Time: 9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. (30 minute lunch), Monday – Friday

Position Location: Clearwater, FL - This position is in the office Monday - Friday. This is not a remote or hybrid position.
