Join our client’s growing team as an Autocad Drafter and help them create exceptional precast concrete projects.

What you'll do:

Utilize your expertise in precast drafting and specialized software to create high-quality construction documents and 3D models that exceed client expectations.

Independently complete tasks like:

Creating and finalizing 3D models of structures

Preparing and supervising the creation of erection drawings and details

Interpreting construction documents and shop drawings

Quality controlling shop drawings and erection drawings

Collaborate effectively with internal teams (drafting, engineering, BIM) and external partners (precast producers, design teams).

Participate in ongoing standards development and contribute to training BIM technicians.

Who you are:

A skilled and experienced professional with 5-7 years of precast drafting experience.

Possess strong knowledge of precast construction and industry standards.

Proficient in MS Office and Autodesk Revit.

An independent and detail-oriented individual with excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

A team player with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.

Education:

Associate degree or completed trade school preferred but not required.
