Food Production - 2+ Years Experience

Looking for a new food production job in the Fargo-Moorhead area with great pay? Doherty Staffing Solutions is partnering with a leading food production company in Fargo, ND. We are seeking candidates for Machine Operators on a variety of shifts. These roles will assist in making alternative food products using healthy alternatives. Compensation for these contract opportunities is $25.00+ per hour, depending on skills and experience. Night shift roles between 7:00pm-7:00am will also earn a $1.00 shift differential.

What you’ll do as a Machine Operator:

Operate, control and monitor various process equipment (training provided) including make-up tanks, fermenters, conveyors, rotary valves, pneumatic blowers, pumps, dryers, scrubbers, centrifuges and evaporators

Obtain samples and perform tests

Collect, record, and review data to identify and evaluate trends

Provide input and recommendations for changes related to findings

Perform cleaning and sanitation tasks to support sanitation program, good manufacturing practices (GMP) and adherence with standard operating protocols

What you need to be a Machine Operator:

Minimum of 1 year of experience working within a food processing plant

Previous experience using process equipment, tools and testing methods

Basic math and analytical skills

Must be able to read, write, and speak English

Ability to pass pre-employment background check and drug screen

Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds with or without reasonable accommodations
