Architectural Drafter

An Architectural Drafter to assist the Project Manager in producing quality construction documents in an efficient and profitable manner. Taking schematic design and inputting it into AutoCAD.

Required:

Associates degree in Drafting/Design.

1-5 years experience in single family residential architectural design.

Proficiency using AutoCAD.

Experience using Revit. Job Responsibilities:

Uses AutoCAD to produce construction documents using designs of others.

Follows applicable guidelines for project standards.

Convert limited verbal and written directions from Job Captain or Project Manager into a finished product or document.

Proofreads own work and may proofread work of others.

Generates architectural plans and artwork.

Communicates with builder regarding construction questions This is a direct hire position w/ a hybrid work schedule

Pay Range-$20/hr-$30/hr
