Mechanical Installer

Position Summary: Installation of light duty, commercial truck, and van equipment.

Essential Job Functions and Duties Installation of shelving, truck ladder racks, truck boxes, and other work truck accessories Staging all products prior to installation, per the individual work order Maintain a clean, safe, and well-organized work bay to facilitate efficient installations Adhere to established safety and quality control production standards Complete other duties as assigned.

Position Qualifications and Entrance Requirements: High School Diploma or equivalent required; Vocational school a plus ASE Certification is a plus Previous mechanical work experience using hand tools, power tools, and pneumatic tools Candidates must successfully complete criminal and submit to a motor vehicle background check Skills: Ability to follow diagrams, written and verbal instruction Ability to work with others and possess good communication skills Ability to work with minimal supervision Demonstrable ability to use hand tools, including air tools Physical Demands/Work Environment: Able to function capably in a production environment, working around moving vehicles, assembly and installation bays Frequently lifting and/or carrying objects weighing up to 50 pounds or more.

Must be able to work outside on occasion Ability to work in a loud environment Participate and comply with required company safety programs, training, and PPE guidelines.
