Overview:

This role will support the Digital Analytics Manager in driving data-driven decision-making processes across our digital products/channels. They will be responsible for analyzing website traffic, user behavior, and campaign performance to provide actionable insights and recommendations for optimizing digital marketing strategies and improving overall online performance. They will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including marketing, IT, and product development to ensure alignment with business objectives and drive continuous improvement.

Responsibilities:

Digital Performance Analysis: Utilize various analytics tools (such as Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, etc.) to monitor and analyze website traffic, user engagement, conversion rates, and other key performance metrics.

Campaign Evaluation: Assess the effectiveness of digital marketing campaigns, including paid advertising, email marketing, social media, and SEO/SEM efforts, to identify areas for improvement and optimization.

A/B Testing and Experimentation: Design, execute, and analyze A/B tests and multivariate experiments to optimize website design, content, and user experience, driving continuous improvement and conversion rate optimization (CRO).

Audience Segmentation and Targeting: Develop and implement audience segmentation strategies based on demographic, behavioral, and psychographic data to enhance personalization and targeting efforts across digital channels.

Digital Performance Analysis: Utilize various analytics tools (such as Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, etc.) to monitor and analyze website traffic, user engagement, conversion rates, and other key performance metrics.

USD $77,000.00/Yr.

Maximum Wage:

Qualifications:

Bachelors Degree is required; preferred major: Marketing, Statistics, Mathematics

3+ years digital analytics experience

Experience working at or with a large consumer-facing brand

Experience developing customer segmentation and propensity models

Experience working with site/app analytics tools (Adobe or Google Analytics)

Experience with designing and measuring A/B and multivariate tests

The base pay range for this position is listed below. The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and budget for the open position and also may vary depending on the candidate’s job-related knowledge, skills, and experience, among other relevant factors. This range does not include an estimated value for any benefits, bonus, or other incentives that may be applicable based on position. * The target annual bonus for this role is 10% of annualized base salary, based on actual company and personal performance.
