Hiring: Hourly Team Members

Positions: Shift Manager, Cashier, and Food Runner

Pay: $10.00 - $14.00/hr. (Plus Tips)

Location: Frisco, TX

The Shift Manager will play a pivotal role in overseeing day-to-day operations, and ensuring the profitability to ensure success of the restaurant.

The Cashier worker will operate the cash register and handle various payment methods, as well as providing our customers with exceptional service.

The Food Runner will be responsible for delivering food and beverages to customers in a timely manner.

Shift Leader Responsibilities:

Oversee day-to-day restaurant operations, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning.

Develop and implement growth strategies and goals to drive business success.

Manage budgets, optimize expenses, and contribute to the financial performance of the restaurant.

Enforce policies and processes to maintain operational standards and excellence.

Lead the recruitment and training of new employees to build a strong team.

Evaluate and improve operations and financial performance.

Conduct employee assessments and provide guidance and support for professional growth.

Cashier Responsibilities:

Operate cash register.

Provides welcoming customer service.

Process credit card payments.

Cash handling.

Issue receipts and refunds.

Food Runner Responsibilities:

Deliver prepared orders to customers from the kitchen in a timely manner.

Help with various customer requests and needs.

Clean tables and prepare tables for upcoming guests.

Maintain cleanliness and practice food safety when handling food and beverages.

Kevin and Jenny Galvan opened Haystack in Richardson in April of 2013. They wanted to create a restaurant in their neighborhood that not only served amazing fresh food, but was a special part of the community. Their favorite part of Haystack is the amazing guests and friends they get to serve. They opened Frisco in September of 2019, Lakewood in May 2020 and the newest Haystack in North Dallas opened in February 2021. Haystack has plans to continue to expand. They are excited about being a part of each community that Haystack serves.
