Account Receivable Specialist
REQUIREMENTS:
Required Prior Experience:
· Prior experience in Construction supply/building industry preferred
· Minimum of 5 years’ experience
· Bilingual would be very beneficial
WORK HOURS:
· Monday -Friday
Office hours 7:00 am to 4:00 pm
30-40 Hours per week
DRESS CODE: Business casual
QUALIFICATIONS:
• Degree in Accounting or 3 years of experience
• Detail-oriented and excellent at follow up
• Ability to prioritize daily duties
• Superior customer services skills and a great attitude Position Responsibilities:
• Interact with Owners, Managers and Sales team members to support and answer accounting questions
· Positive attitude
· Good team player
· Can work on their own and problem solve
· Great communication skills
· Excellent accounting and data entry skills
• Ability to handle a fast-paced work environment with high volume of transactions
· Accounting software experienced with QuickBooks Pro, QuickBooks Enterprise, Excel, etc.
TASKS:
Posting daily payments on all accounts
Emailing customer billing and statements
Entering, updating and maintaining customer accounts
Performing account reconciliations
Maintaining accounts receivable files and records
Producing monthly A/R Reports
Assist in Project / Task assignments to support Admin and Sales TeamCompany Description
