The Role:
You will be responsible for proactively supporting our customers for a wide range of scenarios including defining business process, analyzing requirements, implementing in the salesforce.com platform and driving business process improvements for our clients.
Responsibilities:
Leverage technical expertise to configure salesforce.com instances
Work directly with team members and business to understand corporate vision and requirements, and translate them into appropriate technical specifications
Participate in business solution design sessions with key stakeholders to understand current business process and identify business pain points and objectives
Critically evaluate information gathered, reconcile conflicts, translate high-level information into details, and distinguish user requests from the underlying true need
Develop and configure a multitenant, distributed application using Salesforce technology
Assisting users with questions, providing support, and adoption of the platform
Providing timely and effective solutions to technical complexities and challenges
Provide information around best practices in the CRM, ERP and business process space
Support data migration activities
Keep updated of Salesforce releases, features and best practices. Make recommendations relating to implementation and change management
Perform quality assurance testing as required
Qualifications:
Post-Secondary education in Computer Science, Business Administration or equivalent training/ experience
2+ years of building experience on the Salesforce.com platform
Strong experience with designing Flows and Automations within salesforce.
Ability to listen to business requirements and pain points and be able to document and prototype solutions.
Strong analytical skills, ability to meet tight deadlines, while working in a fast-paced environment
Proven ability to design and optimize business processes
Can effectively communicate technical issues in non-technical terms to stakeholders
Well versed in Salesforce products and industry best practices related to design, development, testing, business processes, workflow, reporting and sustainment of the system
Salesforce.com Certifications (Admin, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and/or Developer)
Nice to haves:
Experience with consulting or with an implementation team.
Understanding of XML, SQL, SOQL, and enterprise application integration
Integration experience: ETL tools, various integration endpoints (CRM, RDBMS end points, ERP)
