Description:

Responsibilities: Collaborate with clients to understand their business needs and requirements for ServiceNow implementation.

Design and configure ServiceNow solutions, including IT Service Management (ITSM), IT Operations Management (ITOM), and IT Business Management (ITBM) modules.

Customize ServiceNow applications and workflows to meet specific client needs and integrate with existing systems and processes.

Lead the implementation and deployment of ServiceNow solutions, including conducting workshops, training sessions, and user acceptance testing.

Provide ongoing support and maintenance for ServiceNow implementations, including troubleshooting issues, resolving tickets, and implementing enhancements.

Stay current on ServiceNow best practices, updates, and new features, and share knowledge with clients and internal teams.

Contribute to the development of ServiceNow-related documentation, training materials, and knowledge base articles.

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification required; additional certifications such as ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) or Certified Application Developer (CAD) preferred.

6+ years of experience in ServiceNow implementation, configuration, and customization.

Strong technical skills in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and other web technologies.

Experience with ITSM, ITOM, and ITBM modules of ServiceNow platform.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and internal teams.

Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills, with a focus on delivering high-quality solutions to clients.
