Job Description
The Business Banking Portfolio Specialist provides post-closing Portfolio Management Support for multiple portfolios in various regions. The responsibilities include:
Collecting Financial Statements, Clearing Collateral Exceptions, Collecting Borrowing Base and Covenant Waivers
Preparing Portfolio Data for Quarterly Loan Reviews and Annual Renewals
Facilitating Modifications to Existing Loans
Ordering 3rd Party Reports for Non-Credit-Action Requirements
Processing System Requests for Loan Detail Updates
Completing Real Estate Tax Verifications
Basic Qualifications
High School Diploma
1 year of experience working with Business Lending Documents and Financial Statements
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree
Strong Analytical Skills
Proven Ability to Multitask While Meeting Deadlines
Ability to Think Critically
Has Creative Problem-Solving Skills
Strong Interpersonal and Communication Skills
Proven Ability to Work Independently and With Multiple Levels Across Various Segments
Highly Motivated, Focused and Goal Oriented
Strong Organizational Skills with Attention to Detail, Planning and Follow-Up
Intermediate Microsoft Office Skills with A Stronger Emphasis on Excel
Working Knowledge of Huntington Systems Including Velocity, HAWC, AFS and PMTS
