THE OPPORTUNITY

As the Senior Analyst of Learning & Development, you will partner with all areas of Human Resources in facilitating, instructing, and delivering technical, leadership, and soft skills training to new and existing employees, consistent with the business units and company-wide training policies and procedures. This role also partners closely with Restaurant Operations to deliver training solutions focused on Leadership Development. The individual in this role also provides training guidance and operational support to the Learning and Development Team.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

In addition to following Chipotle’s policies and procedures, principal accountabilities include, but are not limited to:

Lead in program design and management of existing and future Restaurant Operations Leadership Development programs.

Proactively lead technical and soft skills training in-person and virtually, leveraging technology, to provide an interactive learning experience to employees across both the field as well as in Restaurant Support Centers (corporate offices).

Design and deliver workshops and other trainings to support various departments needs across the organization.

Support the new hire orientation experience for Restaurant Support Center employees.

Enhance learning opportunities through train-the-trainer program for regional support partners to expand the quantity of instructional content which can be facilitated on multiple subjects to multiple markets.

Collaborate with regional HRBPs to understand knowledge and performance gaps and devise custom training solutions to support business needs.

Ensure employees across the country and in multiple time zones have a positive learning experience, which may include some travel and/or virtual facilitation.

Provide evaluative, constructive feedback to other facilitators to ensure employees' future success. May also provide constructive feedback on process, delivery, and desired results to HR and/or other members of the team.

Perform other duties as assigned.

WHAT YOU’LL BRING TO THE TABLE

Bachelor's degree in human resources or another related field (i.e., Instructional Design, Organizational Psychology/Development, HR Management, etc.), preferred.

3-5 years of experience delivering various training in similar or related industry or business.

Knowledge and understanding of adult learning delivery methods and principles.

Experience in designing, facilitating, and evaluating leadership development content.

Ability to manage leadership development programs.

Effective project management and organizational skills.

Proficiency in Rise360 and Storyline preferred but not required.

Industry related experience highly desired.

3rd party training program certifications (such as Ken Blanchard's SLII, DISC, EQ, etc.) preferred.

Ability to maintain effective interpersonal relationships and communicate with cross-functional partners.

Knowledge of general human resources practices and procedures.

PAY TRANSPARENCY

A reasonable estimate of the current base salary range for this position is $72,000-$99,000. You are also eligible for annual cash bonuses and equity awards based upon performance and other factors. Actual compensation offered may vary depending on skill level, experience, and/or education.
