Job Description

As an HR Executive in the FMCG/Automobile industry, you will be responsible for supporting various HR functions to ensure effective management of human resources within the organization. You will collaborate closely with department heads and employees to foster a positive work culture and drive organizational success.

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment and Selection:

Assist in the recruitment process, including job posting, screening resumes, and conducting interviews.

Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and ensure timely filling of vacancies.

Participate in job fairs and other recruitment events to attract top talent.

Onboarding and Orientation:

Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a seamless transition into the organization.

Conduct orientation sessions to introduce new employees to company policies, culture, and procedures.

Provide support and guidance to new employees to help them integrate into their roles and teams effectively.

Training and Development:

Identify training needs across departments and coordinate training programs accordingly.

Assist in the development of training materials and resources.

Monitor training effectiveness and provide feedback for continuous improvement.

Performance Management:

Support the performance appraisal process by providing guidance to managers and employees.

Assist in setting performance goals and objectives.

Address performance issues through coaching, counseling, or disciplinary actions as necessary.

Employee Relations:

Handle employee grievances and mediate conflicts in a fair and timely manner.

Promote a positive work environment and employee morale through engagement initiatives.

Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations related to employee relations.

Compensation and Benefits:

Assist in administering payroll and benefits programs.

Conduct salary surveys to ensure competitive compensation packages.

Assist in the implementation of incentive schemes and recognition programs.

HRIS and Data Management:

Utilize HRIS to maintain accurate employee records and generate reports as needed.

Ensure data integrity and confidentiality of HR information.

Assist in the implementation and maintenance of HRIS systems.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related field.

years of experience in HR roles, preferably in the FMCG/Automobile industry.

Solid understanding of HR principles, practices, and employment laws.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong organizational and time-management abilities.

Proficiency in MS Office and HRIS software.

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

HR certification (e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP) is a plus.
