Pre-Weigh Lead - 2nd Shift

Job Description

Pre-Weighers are responsible for weighing chemicals to be used for production orders in accordance with laboratory specifications.

Read and understand batch orders to be processed and determine the amount of chemicals required for each batch

Understand the process of weighing chemicals, double bag chemicals being weighed in a proper container for tare weight

Responsible in ensuring that all drums, bags or boxes are clean prior to use

Follow all SOP's that apply

Responsible for consistent observance of GMP, SOP, and Safety Procedures.

Assist in the maintenance/observance of proper handling and storage of materials needed for production

Ensure that all OSHA, Safety Regulations, Labor Laws, and other governmental statutes are followed and obeyed

Attend all Company training encompassing GMP, SOP, Safety, and cross-training to expand employee capabilities
