Cast Technologies, Inc., an established Peoria Area Company needs skilled, focused, and energetic peronnel for our CMM group!

Some of the job responsibilities include:
Operation of CMM(s) to determine acceptance or rejection of product via first piece and in-process inspections.
Communicating with Machine Shop personnel, both management and operators.
Basic qualifications include:
2 years' experience operating CMM - PC-DMIS and FARO arm (CAM 2)
Strong blueprint reading skills
Extensive knowledge and experience with hand gages (including calipers, inside micrometer, o.d. mic., depth mic., height gage, chamfer gage, groove mic., thread gages, dial bore indicator, etc.)
Have problem solving skills, be self-motivated.
Must be physically fit and able to manipulate heavy parts from time to time.
Desirable but not required qualifications include:
Ability to program PC-DMIS
Ability to operate and program a FARO arm
PPAP/Gage R & R/SPC knowledge
Familiar with GAGETRAK calibration software
Familiar with requirements of ISO 9001:2015
Experience in preparing data packages for PPAP
Knowledge of foundry processes
Familiarity with Caterpillar IE specifications
CNC machining experience
