SENIOR FINANCIAL ADVISOR ASSOCIATE

Job Description

We are seeking a Senior Financial Advisor Associate to join our team! Experience the difference at an independent financial advisory firm. You must be willing to come into the socially distant office. Client meetings held in-person and virtually at this time.

Responsibilities:

Support independent, highly successful financial advisors in most aspects of the business

Execute trades in client accounts (Series 7 license preferred OR comparable experience at RIA firm)

Assist advisors in reviewing firm investments on a regular basis and provide analysis

Utilize Morningstar to assemble portfolios and perform research

Prepare Excel reports from LPL Financial client management system to analyze data and create efficiencies

Perform operational duties such as establishing accounts, paperwork for new and existing clients, account transfers, money requests, ACH set up

Become proficient with LPL Financial account management system

Maintain Redtail CRM for client management

Utilize eMoney financial planning program and prepare financial plans

Prepare and review reports for client meetings

Speak with clients as needed

Participate in compliance duties of the firm

Other duties to support advisors as needed

Some opportunity for bonus compensation in addition to stated pay range

Qualifications:

Previous experience in financial services, banking, or other related fields

Finance, business, financial planning or other related degrees or concentrations preferred

Excellent organizational and time management skills

Must be a team player

People-oriented -- enjoys interacting with people

Detail-oriented

Strong computer skills (Word, Excel, CRM, and other industry programs)

Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
