Operating out of the Columbus office, the Corporate Operations Director oversees all Operations Managers in Columbus, Cincinnati, Cleveland, and Pittsburgh to make sure operations in our cities are running smoothly, in accord with Standard Operation Procedures, projects assigned to the Cities are completed on time and within budget and quality of common spaces and tenant spaces is at the expected high level. The Corporate Operations Director is in charge of making sure that all trains leave and arrive on time. This is a detailed position for an organized task master. The Corporate Operations Director is responsible for scoping out, getting quotes, pricing all large capital projects company-wide, the execution of which will be run through the use of local subs managed by local Operations Managers. This position reports directly to the President.Requirements:

1. Oversee operations staff and contractors in day-to-day activities.

2. Responsible for verifying that Standard Operating Procedures are being followed in all cities relating to work order entry, work order completion and day to day operation of our investments.

3. Responsible for approving purchase orders made by Operations Managers.

4. Oversee monthly invoice approvals

5. Travel to oversee and inspect operational results, ongoing projects and quality of common areas in all cities as needed.

6. Oversee contractor network and supply channels in all cities.

7. Standardize and train Operation Managers as to their job and on how to continually train their staff to ensure consistency, predictability and order

8. Oversee and correct client dissatisfaction for any reason using existing tools, programs, and staff members

Computer Skills:

To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, inventory software, SmartSheets.

Education/Experience:

High school diploma or College degree; and at least ten years related experience and/or training in construction/maintenance scheduling and inventory management; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Certificates and Licenses:

Valid driver's license
