We are looking for a Field Services Representative to join our team in Bentonville.

The Field Services Representative is responsible for ensuring our guests have the best possible experience upon arrival, and for providing a variety of operations and customer support to the office. This is an ideal position for individuals who want a mixture of office and field time and who enjoy all aspects of great customer service.

Essential job functions:

Communicate with and provide excellent customer service to guests.

Complete E-inspections at apartments both before a guest moves in and when the guest moves out, documenting any damages.

Greet guests upon arrival when requested.

Report customer issues, maintenance requests, and work orders. Provide excellent communication regarding apartment conditions to staff members.

Fulfill unique guest requests such as hanging curtains or delivering groceries.

Provide apartment access to utility vendors for installation and maintenance.

Build relationships with vendors and apartment community staff.

Prepare, maintain, and develop welcome baskets and move-in packets.

Inspect and inventory items in apartments.

Display items in apartments correctly for new move ins.

Pick up, process, and return internet/cable equipment.

Maintain keys and lockboxes.

Complete monthly marketing inventory.

Generate reports.

Requirements:

Successful candidates will have:

High School Diploma or equivalent

Six months to one-year related experience and/or training

Strong computer skills, especially Microsoft Office Suite

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Proven history of excellent customer service skills

Valid Driver's License, Clean Driving Record, and Reliable Transportation
