As the Water Mitigation Supervisor you will manage all jobs. You will have many duties including the following:

· Prompt job/call response time

· Maintain quality control on all jobs

· Create and ensure team members follow company guidelines for proper drying techniques

· Efficient scheduling of jobs and job monitoring

· High customer satisfaction

· Maintain progress logs, document all processes with company forms, ensure detailed pictures by using mobile device and applications to report and record daily activity

· Scopes and assesses construction/deconstruction damages within disaster sites, cleaning strategies.

· Coordinates mitigation repairs and ensures the construction/deconstruction project gets completed to Sarkinen Restoration standards

· Make sure restoration/mitigation jobs are completed.

· Meeting customer expectations of mitigation/restoration project

· Set, monitor, and move equipment needed for water extraction and drying of premises, including reading and recording of data

· Maintain work truck in a clean and organized fashion; ensuring it is stocked with the equipment and supplies necessary to perform all work required at designated job sites

· Prepare rooms/areas for work activities. Set up staging area and equipment for each project.

WATER RESTORATION TECHNICIAN QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS REQUIRED:

· A minimum of 3-5 years of demonstrated success in disaster restoration

· WRT, ASD, AMRT or other mold certifications.

· Must have a valid driver’s license with clean record.

· Able to work weekends and after hours.

· Basic knowledge of Smart devices.

· Basic mathematical skills.

· Excellent verbal and written communication.

· Xactimate experience preferred

· Prepare rooms/areas for work activities. Set up staging area and equipment for each project.

· Leave job site with a clean and orderly appearance.

· Clear 2-way communication

· Ability to lift 50 lbs

· Ability to work with/around cleaning products/chemicals

· Ability to clean up hazardous waste materials

· Water/ gray water extraction

· Demolition

· IICRC Certificates preferred

Must have a valid driver’s license, and clean driving record.

Pay will be based on experience.
