Serving up an approachable environment, Little West Tavern is characterized by warmth and hospitality for your frequent visit. A familiar space for regulars and newcomers alike, grab a seat at the bar for spirited fun, or a table welcoming friends and family. Finding what you want is easy - so come as you are.

We are searching for curious self-starters with a genuine interest in people. These hard-working individuals have always had a natural bend toward hospitality, no matter where they worked, because they’ve always seen themselves as part of something bigger.

We seek the craftsman that knows and appreciates the art of the cocktail. This individual is knowledgeable about mixology and is capable of mixing traditional drinks as well as crafting creative libations. They increase customer retention and loyalty by mixing and serving quality cocktails with impeccable customer service and a smiling face.

Requested Tasks

-Authentically acknowledge and welcome guests with emphatic and warm hospitality

-Remain curious and knowledgeable about all product and service standards in order to elevate each guest experience

-Remains efficient, clean and organized; always working to code while multitasking

-Remaining mindful of appropriate verbiage and demeanor with team members and guests at all times

-Responsible alcohol service is of top priority

Requested Capabilities

-Prior experience as a bartender is required

-An extensive knowledge of cocktail recipes and wine pairing options required

-A proactive and thoughtful nature

-Professional demeanor and thoughtful nature
