1-Medical Scribe

OG Healthcare seeks candidates with excellent written English, particularly welcoming Life Sciences graduates, for medical scribe positions. Ideal candidates demonstrate a serious commitment to healthcare, an interest in medicine, and a readiness for challenges. Scribes undergo stipendiary training in three phases, transitioning into production-ready roles with monthly remuneration increasing up to Rs. 40,000 upon successful completion. Responsibilities involve real-time documentation of patient interactions using advanced technology, facilitating seamless communication between doctors and electronic health records (EHR).

Shift/s:

Candidates must be willing to work in night-shift because this is a real-time role servicing US doctors with whom you will consulting patients.

Stipendiary Training:

1. Phase I Classroom Training – free Training for 30 shifts.

2. Phase II Training - on successful completion of CRT training monthly stipend of Rs 15,000 per month will be paid from month 2 onwards.

3. Phase III Training - on successful completion of Phase II, you will qualify as a Production-Ready Scribe, your status will change to ‘employee’ and you will earn to Rs. 25,000 per month.

Salary on Completion of Training On successful completion of the OG Healthcare Medical Scribe training program (ScribePlusTM) i.e. meeting the 8 criteria to be a Doctor Approved scribe, you qualify to provide scribing service independently for your assigned physician, earning a monthly remuneration of Rs. 40,000 per month.
