Job Description

Shift:

• Monday to Friday

Applicants should have some relevant collection experience, preferably with at least one year in automobile collections.

The pay for this position ranges from $19 to $21 per hour, with the possibility of monthly bonus pay based on achieving specific delinquency level targets.

Monitor and manage delinquency levels for automobile loans and accounts.

Maintain accurate and detailed records of all communication and collection activities.

Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations governing collections practices.

Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and concerns professionally and courteously.Company Description
