Part-Time Night Janitor

We are seeking a Part-Time Night Janitor to join our team! You will be responsible for maintaining a clean and orderly environment.

Responsibilities included but not limited to:

Keep buildings in clean and orderly condition.

Cleaning & disinfecting bathrooms, breakrooms, kitchen, and common areas, etc.

Order/Restocking consumables as needed.

Empty & reline wastebaskets.

Vacuum, sweeping, mopping, dusting.

Perform heavy cleaning duties such as strip/wax floors and shampooing rugs.

Window/glass cleaning.

Perform routine maintenance tasks.

Organize custodial closets and spaces.

Maintain working condition of cleaning equipment including onsite repairs of equipment used.

Any other duties assigned by a lead, supervisor, or manager.

Qualifications include but not limited to:

Previous experience in janitorial cleaning, maintenance, or other related field preferred

Familiarity with disinfecting with the use of cleaning materials and equipment

Strong attention to detail

Strong work ethic

Dependability- Job requires being reliable, responsible, dependable, and fulfilling obligations.

May at times be required to drive company vehicles (proof of valid auto insurance required)

Fluent in English

Successfully pass a background check

Successfully pass a drug test
