Senior Marketing Manager

Working as a Senior Marketing Manager for Restaurant Associates is truly a one-of-a-kind opportunity! We are seeking a creative, positive and highly detailed marketing professional who can write and edit content (ex. briefs, sales proposals) and has outstanding copyrighting skills. You must have a design background (Adobe Photoshop & Illustrator) and food/hospitality experience is a bonus. In this position, you will support both personalized marketing initiatives for specific clients and the overall RA brand. This position is NY based and will offer a hybrid work opportunity. You will be required to work in the field and at the corporate office as operational needs dictate.

Reporting to RA’s Creative Director, some key responsibilities will be:

Ideation of content & programming

Developing and presenting campaigns to increase participation and drive sales

Create, write and edit content for sales proposals

Collaborate on social media campaigns and programs

Support new unit openings and refreshes

Work with sales, operations, and culinary for site tours and presentations

Assist the Creative Director, VP of Marketing & SVP Creative in sales development strategies and solutions.

Required Qualifications:

Minimum of five years of marketing experience in a related industry (retail, restaurants, etc.)

A keen eye for detail

Ability to handle multiple priorities at once

Interpersonal and hospitality skills- This position is client facing.

Excellent writing/ copywriting/ editing skills

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing

Strong presentation skills

Knowledge of merchandising and promotions
