Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Senior Technical Resource to lead our IT technical team. This role is ideal for someone with prior MSP experience and a passion for IT leadership and innovation.

Key Responsibilities:

Technical Leadership: Direct and mentor the IT technical team, ensuring top-tier service delivery.

IT Infrastructure Oversight: Manage critical IT infrastructure elements, including desktops, servers, Active Directory, Azure, etc.

Cybersecurity and Data Protection: Implement effective cybersecurity measures and backup strategies.

Client Account Management: Perform comprehensive account reviews to improve and optimize services.

Technology Advancement: Recommend and integrate emerging technologies aligned with business goals.

Project Management: Lead IT projects from inception to completion, ensuring effectiveness and efficiency.

Client Relations: Engage with clients, offering expert technical advice and solutions.

Qualifications:

Experience: Significant experience in a senior technical role, preferably within an MSP setting.

Technical Skills: Extensive knowledge in desktops, servers, Active Directory, Azure, backups, and cybersecurity.

Leadership Ability: Proven leadership skills with experience in guiding technical teams.

Communication: Strong communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences.

Problem-Solving: Excellent problem-solving abilities, with a proactive approach.

Project Management: Solid project management skills with a history of successful IT project leadership.]

CRM/PSA: Connectwise/Datto experience would be helpful
