We're looking for 2nd and 3rd Shift Masking Technicians to join our team. We value creative and artistic people who enjoy the satisfaction of using their hands to create fine lines, edges, and symmetry on aerospace parts. We will train you on how to mask parts and interpret blueprints and engineering drawings that will guide you through the process of working with each part. Position Overview:

The Masking Technician I is responsible for masking parts using various types of masking tapes and techniques using a drawing as a guide. You will also remove masking after processing and touch up organic coatings as needed.

Skills:

High-level attention to detail and manual dexterity is required.

Must be able to communicate in English verbally and written.

Perform mid-level math skills efficiently and accurately (including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division)

Ability to solve practical processes or procedural problems/issues.

Critical Evaluation and thinking

Working Conditions - This job operates in a manufacturing/processing environment. Some exposure to processing elements such as noise, temperature, and exposure to chemical processing materials that may require following safety precautions and the use of appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (e.g. Respirators, Hearing Protection, Chemical Resistant Clothing, Safety Shoes, etc.).

Shift Schedules:

1st shift: 6:45am - 3:00pm

2nd Shift: 2:45pm - 11:00pm

3rd Shift: 10:45pm - 7:00am
