We are hiring for THREE full-time (1.0 FTE) Urgent Care Physicians to join our established, collaborative and collegial team of providers. One is a float role. Our approach to patient-centered care is team-based.
About the position:
· Clinic Hours – Open 7 days/week
· General Schedule – 12-hours shifts Monday – Friday; weekends 8-hour shifts; every other weekend (2/month).
· Limited call expectations
· Average # of patients seen per day 25-30 average/peak Flu/Cold slightly higher (30-35)
· Support staff- average 3 PSRs per shift, 5 MAs, 3 Providers
· Practitioners- At least one physician is staffed with the APPs (ARNP/PAs) per shift
· BE/BC in Urgent Care, Family Medicine or Emergency Medicine
· Ability to obtain medical professional license in the State of WA and DEA with full prescriptive authority
