This position is responsible for performing moderately complex administrative duties to support the ECMH-Grant program.

Responsibilities:
Register participants for Triple P or PECE programming
Ensure that registration paperwork is complete
Make reminder calls and send emails
Answer phones and reply to emails
Use RedCap to send surveys to participants
Track participant attendance on external website
Develop and maintain spreadsheets to track participant progress and completion
Mail participant materials
Inventory and order materials and supplies
Cross train on payroll and other administrative duties as needed
Qualifications:
EDUCATION:
High School Diploma or Equivalent
SKILLS:
Must complete Ambassador Program within first 12 months of employment.
EXPERIENCE:
2 years administrative experience preferred.
MINIMUM PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
Sitting for extended periods Constantly (67-100%)
